Return Policy Features

  You have 14 days to return the products sold after receipt. Shipping cost will be added through the returns in your customer account or by calling our customer service number or via email at info@apply-uketa.com.

• 30-Day Defect Return:

  If the item is defective, does not work properly, does not match the description on the site, is fake, or was received damaged as a result of transportation and shipment, you have the right to return it within 30 days from the date of receipt for free. The value of the item will be refunded to you wit hin a maximum period of 14 working days.

Return Conditions

When returning the product, please ensure that:

• All accessories and labels for the order are in their proper condition
• The product is in its original packag e in the correct condition in which it was received
• The package is closed by the fact ory seal (in the case of replacement within 14 days)
• All included gifts or exceptional accessories are returned with the product
• Any passwords on electronic devices have been removed, otherwise the request will not be completed correctly

These conditions apply to products that show manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase and applies if they are returned and received with all the inclusions, as well as the inclusions in the offers such as included gifts with the products or exceptional accessories labels and packaging of the device in its receiving conditions.

Non-Returnable Products

Some products cannot be returned, and they are:

• Damaged Products (excluding transportation damage)
• Products that are not in their original packaging
• Products that do not include all accessories
• Unsealed products from certain product groups

Refund Process

If your return request is accepted:

• The full paid amou nt will be recovered to your account within a maximum period of 14 working days
• Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment
• You will be notified via email when your refund has been processed
